Subscription and transaction payments are processed by our PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment partners (PayPal, Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our systems. We retain transaction metadata (amount, currency, timestamp, last four digits) for billing and tax records.

2.3 Usage Data

We collect log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referrers, timestamps), product analytics (feature usage, session duration), and diagnostic data needed to operate the Service.

2.5 Merchant-Provided Data

If you operate a store on Gbox, you may upload product data, customer records, and order information. You remain the controller of this data; Gbox acts as a processor.
